Doing hard things is hard
You need some staying power to not quit.
I have spent the last few weeks working on a documentary. It’s a daring thing to do, it is a challenging thing to do. It is monumental.
When I pivoted to HR, it was one of them most hated and disregarded profession, but I was committed to re-writing the narrative.
Towards the end of last year, I got a bit bored and tired of doing HR, and decided to take stock of my career so far.
Interestingly, major tech media platforms like Tech-Cabal and Condia did a coverage of my career, so I thought why not document my journey so far and get refired to go again.
Well, the result is this amazing documentary that you are going to enjoy watching.Yea, that’s what I’ve been up to and why I missed last week’s newsletter or you think I forgot you? Of course, I didn’t.
If you are interested in watching a documentary about the trials and triumphs of being a pioneer in painting a good light of continuously controversial profession like HR, then click here to watch.
It’s a perfect way to spend your Saturday evening.
Now tell me, what have you been up to?
